Having spoken to thousands of patients on many different aspects of Body Sculpting during consultations, we have come to recognize that many offices offering CoolSculpting and other Body Technology often use pressure tactics, sneaky and unfair tactics not only to bring people into the office but to encourage them to purchase. At The Body Studio we are 100% clear that we want to treat those who want to be treated, are excited about treatment, and are absolutely certain it’s right for them. 

We respect our clients and that any aesthetics procedure can be a big decision. We never pressure anyone who comes to us to make a quick decision. We encourage patients to go home and think about it. We understand, respect and encourage it. We recognized that many of our clients are busy professionals, moms, dads and people. How frustrating is it to call to get an appointment only to hear that our office hours don't fit with your schedule.

Dr. Sarah Kennea and her husband Paul sincerely feel something important is lost when you walk into an office filled with employees who are paid hourly but have no connection to the owner or medical director, and when that Physician or owner is often off-site, in a different town or city, or busy with other business endeavours. Regardless of who you interact with at The Body Studio or Whistler Medical Aesthetics, our team is small and intimate and has a deep appreciation for the mission and culture of The Body Studio. This ensures you have an incredible experience and are treated with respect and care! Don’t be surprised when you walk into The Body Studio and see Sarah and Paul walking around the office, mingling with the rest of the team, doing consults, answering phones, freezing fat, and loving what they do!
